With nearly 8 years of experience as a pole dance instructor at various studios in Sydney, Rose now calls the Central Coast home.
She is passionate about empowering individuals to embrace their strength, confidence, and sensuality through movement. As a qualified personal trainer and a background in Showgirl work, she brings a blend of fitness expertise and spicy dancing to each class!
In addition to her work as an instructor, Rose is the co-producer of Sydney’s Hottest Strip Show, The Backroom Dancers, and the newest strip competition, MX Showbabe.
After taking a break to welcome her beautiful tornado of a baby girl, she’s returned to dancing with a newfound energy and passion.
