A Pole Dance Studio with Heart

I love the friendliness of The Peach Pole studio. All instructors are professional in all aspects of the business. Non judgemental and always happy to provide clear & concise helpful information. My pole journey has been amazing since the day I joined up at peaches pole studio and I cannot imagine my life without it. Definitely the best pole studio from central coast to Newcastle & beyond. Recommendation 100%

The Peach has become such a special little part of my life in such a short amount of time. I started pole only 15 weeks ago and I never expected to become so obsessed with it or find such an amazing community along the way. The Peach is genuinely my favourite place to be now. 🤍 Tamika and Anara are incredible teachers and I’ve also had Daisy teach me, and all three of them are so patient, encouraging and genuinely invested in helping you improve. If you’re unsure about something, they’ll happily go over it with you again until it clicks, and they hype you up SO much when you finally get it. They make you feel like you can actually do anything if you just keep trying. But honestly, the biggest thing Peach has given me is confidence in myself. When I first started, I was wearing T-shirts because I’d struggled with my body image for a long time and didn’t feel comfortable showing much of myself. Now, only 15 weeks later, I feel comfortable in my own skin. I feel sexy, I feel confident and I’m wearing things I never would have had the confidence to wear before. That change has meant so much to me, and I genuinely believe it’s because of the safe, supportive and empowering space Daisy has created. I’ve already made so many friends at Peach and everyone genuinely supports each other. There’s no judgement, just people cheering each other on and celebrating each other’s wins. It feels like such a beautiful little community. Daisy has created something really special. You can tell how much love, thought and passion she’s poured into Peach and the people who walk through its doors. The class sizes are perfect, there are so many different classes and styles to choose from, and there’s always something new to try or work towards. I genuinely feel so lucky that I found Peach. It’s gone from being somewhere I go to do pole to being my favourite place and one of the happiest parts of my week. I’m so grateful to Daisy for creating an environment where I’ve been able to not only learn pole, but actually feel confident, sexy and comfortable in my own skin. 🤍✨I love the peach so so much! Daisy and the girls make the studio so warm and welcoming for anyone and both studio's are gorgeous. This place is like a second home.

I've been dancing at the peach for 4 years now, this is the longest I've been able to be consistent with a hobby AND exercising. Im so grateful to have a place that fosters such a supportive community and allows us all to find and build on our own strengths and grow confidence.

As a complete newbie at Peach Pole, I was a little nervous walking into a pole studio for the first time, but Daisy made me feel so welcome from the very beginning. ❤️ She has created such a safe, warm and supportive space where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their experience or ability. Daisy is encouraging, patient and genuinely makes you feel like you belong. I’ve loved being able to learn, have fun, challenge myself and meet such a lovely community in an environment that feels judgement-free and empowering. Ive been dancing for over 15 years now and tried many studios around Sydney and the central coast. This one has to be the best! Warm friendly atmosphere, supportive staff and high quality dance tuition from some of Australia's best dancers and performers. I highly recommend this place as a fun alternative way to get fit!!
